Select Layout Builder Asymmetric Translation first

Problem/Motivation

On manage form display, select "Layout Builder Asymmetric Translation" first to avoid the "You can not select the Layout Builder Widget, please select a different widget." error.

Or do not validate if "Layout" field is disabled.
