Cannot re-install module

Problem/Motivation

Hi,
After install then uninstall module. I cannot re-install again.

In PreExistingConfigException.php line 65:

  Configuration objects (field.storage.group.group_domain) provided by group_
  domain already exist in active configuration

Steps to reproduce

- Drupal 11.1
- PHP 8.3
- Drush

@thaoquang, For a workaround/temporary solution, you can run drush config:delete field.storage.group.group_domain, and then you will be able to install the module again
