Make hook testing with kernel tests very simple

Problem/Motivation

Now that we have an OO hook test maybe we can make hook testing with kernel tests something really simple and allow kernel tests define hooks and discover and register then in a similar way to \Drupal\Core\Hook\HookCollectorPass.
