Add domain URL override to for development environment

Problem/Motivation

The module doesn't work correctly in the local/test environments due to incorrect domain.

Google Search Console has data only for pages placed on the Production domain only.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Let's add a new field on the module configuration form to replace local/test domain by needed production domain.
