Updating documentation and project description

Problem/Motivation

Project summary and description was outdated. These are the changes:

• Added history of places and venues the awards took place in.
• Updated the description of Splash Awards Germany and Austria to give an impression of what the awards brand has become/ achieved in Germany
• Extending the possibilities for issue creation with additional components
