CKEditor won't load with 1.0.4

I tried updating to 1.0.4 on several sites (core version 10.4.1), and ckeditor stopped loading on all of them. The problem only occurs with JS aggregation turned on; without it, the toolbar loads normally, and no errors appear in the console.

The error appears to be 

Cannot declare a const variable twice: 'i'.

.

Locking this module's version to 1.0.3 restores normal functionality.
