Inconsistent behavior when changing slider values from the textarea inputs.

I could not figure out why, but when changing the min/max input values in a slider bef, sometimes... ugh, I could get a strange behavior of the slider not being able to match the input, jumping to the input val minus one and the textfield would update the the wrong value as well.

To be honest, I observed this in only one of my 3 slider filters in the page, and have no clue how to consistently reproduce this.
However I see that the library provides a way to use the textfields exactInput in the textarea.

I will supply a patch for review.
