Seeking working Selenium Docker container configuration for latest Behat version

Problem/Motivation

We had it working with:
"drupal/drupal-extension","version": "v5.0.0",
"behat/behat", "version": "v3.14.0",
selenium/hub:4.13.0-20231004
seleniarm/standalone-chromium:109.0-chromedriver-109.0-20230124
[ running in lando ]

However this configuration ended up throwing such an Exception when attempting to switch to an iFrame that made switching to the iFrame completely impossible

Can anyone share a working Docker Selenium configuration for the latest version of Behat, using either Selenium 3.x or 4.x configuration? If not for the latest version of Behat, then perhaps for v3.14.0 or later?
