Dependency j7mbo/twitter-api-php marked as abandoned

Here's a fork based on j7mbo/twitter-api-php I found that seems to have the same functionality: https://github.com/tzlion/deadend-api-php

I created this patch with tzlion's fork for personal purposes but hopefully it can help other people until a permanent fix is posted.
