Error when accessing "Transitions" tab in Workflow module

When clicking on the "Transitions" tab in the Workflow module, I encounter the following error:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install and enable the Workflow module (version 8.x-1.8).
  2. Navigate to the Workflow configuration interface.
  3. Create a workflow and add custom states
  4. Click on the "Transitions" tab.

Environment:

  • Drupal: 11.1.1
  • PHP: 8.3.10
  • Workflow module: 8.x-1.8
