Problem/Motivation

Getting the below error when installing the Decoupled Layout Builder API module

PHP Fatal error:  Type of Drupal\importmaps\ImportMapsManager::$moduleExtensionList must be ?Drupal\Core\Extension\ModuleExtensionList (as in class Drupal\Core\Plugin\DefaultPluginManager) in /var/www/html/docroot/modules/contrib/importmaps/src/ImportMapsManager.php on line 18

Steps to reproduce

ddev composer require 'drupal/decoupled_lb_api:^1.0@alpha'
ddev drush en decoupled_lb_api  or try to install the module from UI
