Allow generation of vocabulary terms on Content Type Generation Form

Problem/Motivation

Currently the content type generation form, only can choose the vocabularies that exists, based on the prompt being well crafted and can not generate new ones.

In certain cases you want it to generate new vocabularies, since no fitting vocabulary exists.

What we want to be able to do is to create them as well.

Proposed resolution

  1. Add a checkbox to the Content Type Generation form that says, generate vocabularies if missing. This should be checked by default.
  2. On creation, make sure that its always looking for matching vocabularies.
  3. If checked, also make sure to generate the vocabularies.
