PHP 8.2 deprication warnings in intercept_ils

Problem/Motivation

The following deprecation warnings are being logged when using 8.2. This was fixed at one point but the code was inadvertently removed recently. 

Deprecated function: Creation of dynamic property Drupal\intercept_ils\Auth::$userAuth is deprecated in Drupal\intercept_ils\Auth->__construct() (line 42 of modules/contrib/intercept/modules/intercept_ils/src/Auth.php).
Deprecated function: Creation of dynamic property Drupal\intercept_ils\Auth::$externalAuthmap is deprecated in Drupal\intercept_ils\Auth->__construct() (line 50 of modules/contrib/intercept/modules/intercept_ils/src/Auth.php).
