"Update" and "Update extensions" displayed under Appearance

Problem/Motivation

Some links are displayed on the Appareance page while they should not be there.

The "Update" and "Update extensions" local tasks are displayed (see attached screenshot).

Steps to reproduce

  • Install Drupal CMS (i used DDEV).
  • Nothing specific, just go through the installer.
  • Go to Appareance
  • See the links.

    You know, I bet I know what's causing this -- it's probably a one-line fix in Automatic Updates Extensions. Moving to the appropriate queue.
