Limit displayed based on access

Problem/Motivation

This module provides access to any display, even if the user doesn't have access to it. It can display content the user doesn't have access to.

Steps to reproduce

Set up a view with different access on different displays. For example, make one available to anyone and the other limited to a specific role.

Proposed resolution

The list of displays to choose from should only show the displays that are enabled and that the user may access. Switching the display needs to check that the display is enabled in the plugin and that the user may access it.
