Patch attached which should fix it, are you able to test it ?
After upgrading to DS v3.27, existing displays with the bundle name field no longer displayed the field. Furthermore the field was no longer available in the node view display admin UI at all. The field was still present in node view display config files.
For immediate fix, downgrade module version to 3.25.
Find the root cause of the problem and fix.
