Add Milvus Authentication

Problem/Motivation

Currently you can either run against Zilliz with an API key and against a local Milvus protected by network, but there is no hacky way to setup so you can connect to a secured Milvus client on the open internet.

There is already authentication layers in self-hosted Milvus with username and password, see https://milvus.io/docs/authenticate.md

Proposed resolution

Add optional username to the setup form.
Add optional password to the setup form via Key module.
Make sure that these apply when you do the call, but only if both are filled out.
