FR: integrate this module with required_by_role module

@fishfree moving this to the issue queue of the parent module, Required API → . I understand your feature request, but I don't see myself implementing this anytime soon. I'm happy to review MR's though. In the meantime, I recommend implementing your own Required plugin.
