Drupal CMS is distributed via a link to a zip file, which changes with each release. This means links to it have to be updated everywhere each time. It would be good to have a single link to use that can be updated in one place when there is a new release.
Create a redirect for /drupal-cms/download-latest that points to the latest zip file. Use this link everywhere, and only update the redirect when needed.

We already had the download-latest/* menu callback for core, and this was straightforward to adapt with that path.
