Add relationship plugin to connect to entities

Problem/Motivation

It would be helpful to be able to connect back to an entity on the site - for example, the name of a country or city that's in one of your vocabularies.

One way of doing this would be a custom Relationship plugin that allows you to select the entity > bundle > matching field to one of columns in the site.
