Matching question score on result page

Problem/Motivation

We are using Drupal version 10.4.1 and Quiz module version 7.0.x-dev.
We have set the Penalty for guessing option for a Matching question. The question has 4 options. If I fill in one correctly and leave the rest blank, then I get 1 point for the question, which is correct, because the blank options are worth 0 points. However, when I look at the results page, it says -1 point for the blank options, which is misleading. It should write 0 points for these. See attached image.
