Fields list doesn't work properly with Paragraphs?

Problem/Motivation

The paragraph support seems to be a little off? The fields list doesn't include all of the available fields when selecting a field instead of using tokens.

Steps to reproduce

Install Paragraphs and set up a paragraph type with multiple fields.
Try to select one of the fields, it won't show all of the fields.

Proposed resolution

All fields from the paragraph type are shown in the "Fields" list.

Work out the source of the bug.

User interface changes

It's possible to select all fields on paragraph types.
