Header UI is broken and hidden behind the toolbar

Problem/Motivation

The header UI is broken and hidden behind the toolbar, with alignment issues even after hiding it.
The search bar appears twice, and the menu/submenu layout needs improvement

Steps to reproduce

• Install the theme.
• Set the theme as the default.
• Got to home page and observe the broken UI(Header).
• Refer to the attached screenshot for more clarity.

Proposed resolution

Fix the UI.
