Fix phpunit.* PHPStan baseline errors

I can't get GitLabCI rebuild a full baseline for me, it looks like some caching is only allowing to get the delta baseline. Anyway, that's not for here, ✨ [CI] Generate full baseline upon PHPStan failure Active aims at that.

Apologize if it's super obvious but whats the issue? Could it be noted in the summary. Looked at the MR and not sure I'm seeing the connections.

Gotcha, think was thrown off by the migrate changes .

Tweaked the summary since it's also fixing missing return types for a migration test. But changes to the code seem fine.
