Test with drupal/cms 1.0.x fails due to missing drupal/drupal_cms_olivero

But looking at the available dev releases in https://packages.drupal.org/files/packages/8/p2/drupal/drupal_cms_oliver..., you're right that 1.0.x isn't in there. I probably have to just create an actual release for each branch, since this component is a theme, not a general project. Maddening. But thanks for catching it.

Alright, I added a 1.0.x-dev release to the Olivero subtheme? Try again, and mark the issue as fixed if it works for you?

On second thought, this isn't a stable blocker; most folks won't play with our dev branches.

I checked out the 1.0.x branch, ran ddev rebuild and can verify drupal_cms_olivero was downloaded by composer at 1.0.x and the command finished.
