I think there is something wrong with your settings. See my screendump.
(It shows that the captions should have a 'colspan' . Perhaps you can help me with that.)Please make sure you have the 'Table' formatter, and that the Formatter settings are explicitly saved in the View.

We are deliberately using the Plain Text formatter instead of the Table formatter for more layout flexibility.

Thisis now fixed in #3498532-8: Season name needs unique class in 'Plain text' formatter β .
Please try latest dev version and report back. - πΊπΈUnited States gallegosj
Using latest dev version. Value of "Title for exceptions section" still does not display when using Plain Text formatter. Occuring in both Node display and Views.

Please clear the caches.
Also disable aggregation.
Both on /admin/config/development/performancelet's see if there is a problem.

I have disabled CSS and Javascript aggregation. Cleared all caches. Issue remains.

I use out-of-the-box Oliver and Claro themes from Drupal 11.
- πΊπΈUnited States gallegosj
Switched to core Olivero theme. Value of "Title for exceptions section" still missing from Node display and Views display. Drupal 10.3.11

Ah, but it seems you have not set any exceptions at all.
Please maintain exceptioneel in the future, and make sure they are in the horizon that you can maintain in the formatter setting. - πΊπΈUnited States gallegosj
Added exceptions for Jan 29 and Jan 31. Cleared site cache. Still no title.

I guess there is no interference with other modules?
In the field formatter, in the 'Exception days and Seasons' section, under 'Title for exceptions section' (helptext: Leave empty to display no title between weekdays and exception days.), did you fill a date?
When you check the page with 'Inspect element' of [F12], do you then see an element?
- πΊπΈUnited States gallegosj
I don't think there's a conflict with another module. It's not displaying on our custom theme, nor the core Olivero theme. It's not even displaying in the Views "Preview" section when I go to edit the View.
I did not enter a date. I entered a title of "Upcoming Exceptions". All of my settings for that section are in the first screenshot from comment #10. I use the same settings for both the Node display and the View display.
Looking at the page Inspector, the element is doesn't exist. See new screenshot.

You did update to the dev version, didn't you? because indeed, it was not added to the view in v1.21.
I added in the dev- version, and I thought it wasin this issue, but I do not see the commit. so prbably n another issue. - πΊπΈUnited States gallegosj
Yes, I've been using the dev version since your advice in comment #5.
