allow configuration of prompts of AI in ckeditor

This builds on the commits of https://www.drupal.org/project/ai/issues/3493534 ✨ Allow admin of prompts in ai_ckeditor Active , so that one should be checked and merged first.

Don't you need to add prompts into ai_ckeditor.schema.yml?

We will need to add it to the schema here. I'll set it to Needs Work again because of that.

Also, its seems like its appending to the prompt sometimes and replacing it sometimes depending on plugin, is this correct?

Still doesn't seem to have a config/schema/*.schema.yml file.

Updated the schema yml to represent the install settings.
