Status report showing warnings on clean installation

All of the warnings that we can/should address have separate issues already.

There wasn't one for transaction isolation level so I've created it. 📌 Set transaction isolation level to 'READ COMMITTED' in DDEV config Active

I know ticket not active, but just feeding back for those that come after. Latest build now has the following Warnings displayed, so improvements have already been made.
