O1 does not allow system role

Problem/Motivation

O1 does not allow for a system role at all or for the time being.

This means that the model fails in multiple places where we are reliant on it. Since it is temporary, we can for the time being move the system role into a normal user message that happens before the last user message.

Steps to reproduce

Try to send a system message.

Proposed resolution

Add the system message as a normal user message for now.
