Asia/Saigon now Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh in drupal

Problem/Motivation

I encountered this error with the module:
Attempting to set timezone for user 1 to Asia/Saigon, but that does not appear to be a valid timezone id; aborting.
In Drupal, the timezone for Saigon is now Ho Chi Minh (Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh). I hope it will be updated and fixed.
