Too many anchor tags <a></a> after each <div>

Problem/Motivation

We can see too many anchor tags on homepage while using layout builder. We are using layout builder for home page.

Steps to reproduce

This can be seen on website aioml.com
This is visible. it does not require any extra steps. Just see with developer tool inspection.
Please see attached screen shot where tags are highlighted.

Proposed resolution

Anchor tags must be removed as this is causing SEO issues and website ranking.
