Error on add or edit block from UI

Problem/Motivation

Tried to use 3.0.0 and 3.x-dev. Got the same error on Drupal 11.1.0 :

TypeError: Drupal\block\BlockForm::__construct(): Argument #2 ($manager) must be of type Drupal\Core\Executable\ExecutableManagerInterface, Drupal\Core\Config\TypedConfigManager given, called in /home/test/web/testmobile.sitemanage.ru/public_html/web/modules/custom/block_ajax/src/Form/AjaxBlockForm.php on line 59 in Drupal\block\BlockForm->__construct() (line 94 of /home/test/web/testmobile.sitemanage.ru/public_html/web/core/modules/block/src/BlockForm.php).
