Gin styles are being overwritten by default styles

Problem/Motivation

I noticed that after updating, the custom Gin styling looked off. It seems like toastify.css is loaded before gin.css.

Proposed resolution

Add toastify/library as dependency to the toastify/gin library to change the loading order.
