old spreadsheet list of upcoming events vs d.o. date check overview

Problem/Motivation

We have some overview for event organizers and coordinators over at https://www.drupal.org/community/events/date-check →
But we have also this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AwFTuPQhXiblAqtqe7ckpZIUHwyy9Q2X...
And now we have multiple places for "planning" events and see upcoming event dates.

Proposed resolution

At least I find it quite confusing and I would suggest to reduce the tabs/features of the spreadsheed and highlight the d.o. live overview of upcoming events. (most of the spreadsheet charts/data are old and outdated and no new events are added.)

The spreadsheet would still be a good resource for an overview of camp organizers and contact people, but the event dates/charts are dated.

Remaining tasks

- remove not needed spreadsheet tabs and informations (maybe copy the spreadsheet first and save it as archive)
- remove spreadsheed on slack/linked elements and replace it with d.o list
✅ add info of d.o list in spreadsheet
- convince people, to create a d.o community event early and put the status to "proposed"

This is just an idea/proposal, how to handle it.
