[1.1.0] Adopt same naming as online storybook

Problem/Motivation

Adopt the same names (with some restrictions because it may have some bad modeling like hasIcon), add links to each storybook of each component and add the docs ! (in english + translations).

Mikael & me have decided to cancel this task because the upstream documentation is not guarantee to be stable (see DSFR's slack), so we may introduce painful breaking changes for nothing.

We will consider this again when DSFR 2.0 will be released.
