I found several issues for IEF with referenced fields, but not exactly

When I add a field referencing a media gallery to a node
then, display it as inline entity form
then, after first adding some images and saving, i go again to edit this node and want to add some more images to the gallery,
initial images disappear.
This does not happen when editing media galley in standalone mode, from admin/content/media-gallery/{id}/edit.
