Drupal 11 compatibility issues

Applied some fixes suggested by the "Upgrade Status" module and all seems correct, I'll merge it to the 3.0.x branch and test.

It works as expected in my D11 instance, but the plugin jQuery Timepicker Addon neither in D10 and D11, I'll create that in another issue, for now I'll mark this as "Fixed"
