Cache rebuilt required

Problem/Motivation

Installing version 2.1.2 fails with a fatal error. Clearing the cache after updating to 2.1.2 solves the issue.

Proposed resolution

Although Drupal users are familiar with clearing caches, a module should be responsible of clearing the cache when an update requires it.
