Remove dependency on CDN for consuming gitgraph.js library

Problem/Motivation

The main library that is required for rendering graph is consumed via CDN. As gitgraph.js library is critical for the functioning of the module, it should be possible to consume the library from the server hosting Drupal.

Proposed resolution

- Switch to strategy used in the module https://www.drupal.org/project/fontawesome_iconpicker →

Remaining tasks

- Make gitgraph.js available as a composer packagist
- Refactor the codebase to consume gitgraph.js from local files
