I have created the patch and tried to add dependencies for sidebar_collapse.js please review it

Yes the patch adds some dependencies for sidebar_collapse, but it also removes a whole bunch of library definitions. You need to redo that patch.

damienmckenna → changed the visibility of the branch 3495268-library-dependencies to hidden.

The PR should cover what was missing.
