Can't Enable OpenAI Moderation in Anthropic Authentication Setup

Problem/Motivation

Can't setup Anthropic Authentification without checking the box 'No Moderation Needed', because the 'Enable OpenAI Moderation' checkbox is deactivated, even if OpenAI provider is enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and setup OpenAI provider, and add OpenAI as Moderation Default Provider at admin/config/ai/settings
2. Install Anthropic provider and goes to setup at /admin/config/ai/providers/anthropic

And there, the 'Enable OpenAI Moderation' checkbox is deactivated (see screenshots).

Not sure if I'm missing something or if this is a bug. Any hint?
