Provide option to format date fields

Problem/Motivation

Exporting date fields as timestamps is not a helpful format when trying to export content as a CSV.
It would be nice if the date fields formatted automatically but I'd imagine it'd be best to provide the option to format them or not.

I have a working patch locally for this issue. After some testing, I may add it here for review. Though, I am just formatting the dates and not giving the option to format or leave as a timestamp.

Good idea. Would definitely need a configuration option to select date format/etc.
