Doesn't work if name label is overridden

Problem/Motivation

If you change the label of the name field for a taxonomy, then unique validation doesn't work. This issue has reported and fixed for content types, but the fix is missing the code to handle taxonomy.
Moreover this also happens when you create a taxonomy using command line.
