Untested code (as I don't have a copy of security.drupal.org) in the MR.
Change looks simple enough :-) but also can't test.
We should be able to configure the View to output the link as an absolute URL instead of post-processing, but this is all being removed in the next few weeks as security.drupal.org is replaced ahead of GitLab issue migration.
