Incorporate Status Dashboard Client Extras

Problem/Motivation

Thanks to @rob holmes → a Status Dashboard Client Extras → module was created and a way of extending response data was proposed and included into codebase ✨ Add a module alter to amend the JSON response Active and I think a discussion necessary on how to continue those changes to more user-friendly solution.
Status Dashboard Client Extras extends Status Dashboard Client response data with some additional, more technically-specific info, like php version, db version, etc. To my thought it is not a kind of information that should be included into Status Dashboard Client by default, as for most users this info would not be relevant and that kind of data is not directly related to the main purpose of Status Dashboard - Client module pair - monitoring state of Drupal installation.
However, I can imagine that this info would be useful in some cases, so we should consider expanding dataset exported by Client module in some way.

Remaining tasks

  • Decide if we need that features at all
  • If we'll decision will be positive - discuss a way of implementation
  • Perform changes in module and docs that would be necessary according taken decision

    My proposition is to include Status Dashboard Client Extras module as a submodule, removing some data that rely on other contrib modules and moving some info that can be relevant for original Client module into it's payload. See MR for possible implementation.
    Obviously, changes into Status Dashboard module will be necessary and documentation updated, but for now it's only a proposal to be discussed.
    And, of course, I'll try to contact @rob holmes → about his opinion about this issue.
