Problem/Motivation

TypeError: FedexRest\Entity\Address::setStateOrProvince(): Argument #1 ($state_or_province) must be of type string, null given

Steps to reproduce

Use an address that has a province that's not in the array of options for one of the functions in `src/FedExAddressResolver.php`

Add handling for a NULL result in all of the functions
