Add SKU to default value on a product variation autocomplete field

Building off of this change: https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce/issues/3083123 →

Could we also default the label shown on the autocomplete to include the SKU.
It currently allows selecting by SKU, but it doesn't display the SKU when the form is initially loaded.
