Styling issue with checkbox on image style effects overview

Problem/Motivation

The checkbox for the "Copy effect to all derivative image styles" element is positioned nowhere near the label.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module
Add a default image style
See the bottom bar, when applying an effect

Proposed resolution

Correct the styling with an additional styling.

@blacksnipe thanks for approving the MR , since the MR is merged then we have to move the issue to fixed state instead of RTBC . And also check the credit and commiting part present below in this issue page.
