Looks like an AJAX refresh on th elist of allowed HTML tags, did not happen correctly.
If in a text format, you use both the "Embed icon" and the "Limit allowed HTML tags and correct faulty HTML" text filter, You obtain the following error:
The Embed icon filter requires <drupal-icon data-icon-id data-icon-settings class aria-label aria-hidden role> among the allowed HTML tags.
