Problem/Motivation

Comment section design not looks good and comment replay not identifiable

Steps to reproduce

Step1 : Install theme and set as a default theme.
Step2 : Create article from add content tab.
Step3 : Add few comment and add replay.

I have attached screenshot for the reference.
